Chastity Catastrophe

Very short, kinda janky, but definitely bare-bones. Feels more like a prototype for a metroidvania type of game than an actual game. I've played so many free flash metroidvanias with loads more content, this almost feels insulting. The animations are okay, and if you intuit the symbols over defeated enemies you can find some variety. But the world is small, and there is no lore or world building. Run and jump, attack stuff because it's attacking you, and then it's suddenly over after a 3 second singular 'boss' fight that was stunlocked into the corner with the game just closing itself after [spoiler]a brief orgy scene of all four character models in the game.[/spoiler] Game dev makes good frameworks and cute models, but really should work on finishing a game for once. KoboldKare was left with it's physics engine broken from it's original and advertised state. Even Churn Vector feels like an extended demo. I don't mind supporting the Dev because I enjoy what little content there is in their creations, but I wouldn't recommend this as a 'game.'

Fun and easy to play! It's a good casual game to pass the time.

Its Okay, very short, sex scenes are kinda mid, wasnt straightforeward on how the pairings/health worked. and theres no way to tell if someones been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ yet or not.

I played this game in full back on Itch.Io and I absolutely adored it! It's a fantastic little platformer with a very cute (and sexy) premised - Creatures are getting "locked up" by chastity bots and it's your mission, as a lewd lil kobold, to take your big hammer and smack the chastity devices right off these critters. To which, afterward, you can pick them up and toss them at other critters you've helped, leading to horny little situations between them all. It's a very simple little platform with no other story than that, but the theme of unlocking enemies and making them nice instead of defeating them is one I adore, and the enemy mixing mechanic is wonderful, unique, and extremely hot. The animations are top notch, and the physics behind everything and how things "jiggle" are incredible! The mixing mechanic is also fun in that enemies have preference, so you can't just toss them around willy nilly, and you have to respect what they like and want to do. I really adored this game way back when I first played it and still do today! While I've seen other HGames attempt this enemy-mixing mechanic, none have been able to do it quite as good as Chastity Catastrophe, and if you like …

Poor optimization causes the game to run at lower and lower framerates the longer I play. Not to mention the minimal tutorials and janky physics making it incredibly difficult to understand what the game wants from me. Apparently there's a final boss that I'd love to see, but the game feels so awful to play that I don't want to touch it again. I went into this expecting a blast from the past, reminiscent of flash games that I once loved, but it just made me want to find the flash files and download an emulator for them instead. Lots of good scenes, but they play at random, so sometimes you'll see a particularly good one and say "I want to watch this one later" but it'll take you another 5 minutes to find the right combination of characters, and another 5 to get the characters to do the act you want. There are much better games in this... genre that can be obtained for 5 bucks or even less. I hope someday this gets an update that makes this an actual game, because it has the potential to be great, but as it stands, it seems more like a rushed proof-of-concept.
