Could be a great little roguelike especially for the price, but like others said, there's really no content, i enjoy the core gameplay loop, even upgrading my duck, but there is only a few hours of gameplay honestly, the upgrades feel worse the farther you are in the game, the weapon balance is crazy considering there's only 4, including the starter weapon, i want this game to be great but at the moment it's basically a demo to any other game, but with content additions my review will definitely change to positive

where do i even start with this god-awful attempt at a roguelite? well its not even a roguelite, theres 0 reason to play the game more than just one run because all the enemies are the same throughout the entire time,your damage stays the same, and you can one shot every enemy except the bosses that have a weird invincibility shield so youre forced to play longer and wait for it to go away. i decided to try this despite all the negative reviews, let me tell you, they are all right, make sure you dont play too long so you can instant refund after making the same mistake as me. going into the game it seems fun with the chicken upgrades only to realize they dont matter that much and you can just infinitely shoot without any ammo or reload system, i literally got so tired with my finger i taped down the left click on my mouse and angled my guy to shoot towards the right so i only had to use 'wasd' (one hand). the game is too easy, all the art looks like AI slop, the gunplay doesnt matter, and every negative review is so well deserved. i was genuinely running in circles while shooting and never got hit once, also if you dodge roll, they havent figured out how to let the player shoot aft…

A nice top down shooter. Nothing amazing.

All the premise you need is that you're a farmer whose chickens have been abducted by a space chicken. Armed with a gun, you enter a mysterious dome that has appeared in your backyard and descend through several underground stages, determined not to stop until you get your chickens back. Just like the story itself, the gameplay keeps things simple, with straightforward controls and mechanics that are easy to pick up. You control your farmer as you shoot space chickens and their various mutations, while rolling to dodge projectiles or avoid hazards such as lasers. Progression takes place through a series of small rooms and arenas where you must defeat every enemy before the exit opens. Enemies often spawn very close to your position, which keeps the pressure on and encourages constant movement. Ammo is unlimited, so you'll never have to worry about running dry. Instead, your focus is on collecting coins and eggs dropped by defeated enemies or found inside destructible objects such as crates and vases. Both serve as currencies, but in different ways. Coins are only useful during a run and disappear whether you win or die, while eggs are permanent and can be spent back at the farm. …
