About Childlike(차일드라이크)

'Childlike' is a journey to follow the innocence of childhood.
Play as the child facing adventurous moments, the player should think like a child to overcome fear and obstacles ahead.

In the kids' imagination, kids encounter many obstacles anywhere around the house, and outside, and of course, the school.
They think of floor and road as things they must not step on, otherwise, they think they're gonna fall down.
And their school becomes the scariest place at night and dolls are alive, move around.

As a puzzle genre game, players need various abilities to move next.
Comprehension of the game - Players should look around to find items, and think about what to do to deal with the obstacles. They can grab and throw, step on the objects not to step on the floor, just like "The floor is lava".
Being alert - Players should always be careful and check if their footsteps or turning on the lights make any attraction to villains. If they find the players, something terrible will happen. And it will make the players not let their hair down.
Rapid reaction - Players should concentrate on what is chasing them and how to deal with it quickly to survive. If they act late, there is no next.

Through this game, the player can recall innocent minds as a child.

*There are some English interfaces but all of the subtitles are Korean.

"Childlike(차일드라이크)" is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. This is yet another of literally thousands of first person horror adventure games, this time you take on the role of a Korean kid running through various Unreal assets to escape from an Unreal asset. Sure, playing so many of these bad games might have made me jaded, but at least I can see them for what they are. Taking a bunch of assets from the Unreal Marketplace (FAB, as Tim Sweeney calls it now) and dropping them on someone else's game template doesn't really make one a rockstar game developer. And what value do all these asset flips have for gamers on Steam? "Childlike" suffers from all the same problems that the other asset flips do... a barebones "game" where all the parts that didn't come off the rack (not many here) are a sloppy mess that results in a far f…
