About Ciel Fledge: A Daughter Raising Simulator

RAISE THE FUTURE

In the year 3716, humanity lives under constant risk of ruin from a colossal alien threat known as“GIGANT”. Fleeing its destruction, a mysterious young girl arrives on ARK-3, a magnificent city built in the sky…

Ciel Fledge is a game about raising an adopted daughter in a future world that still has hope. Featuring compelling management gameplay and a loveable cast of characters, it’s up to you to take care of Ciel until she reaches adulthood and becomes ready to fledge the nest.

FEATURES

Schedule - How will you raise Ciel? Using a helpful schedule, plot each day of the week and see what happens as the days unfold. Choose classes and hobbies, and encourage Ciel to make friends. Or take a part-time job to earn more money, and enjoy nicer meals for dinner.

Supervise - Monitor daily activities, and watch how Ciel behaves. Keep an eye on mood, as Ciel might abandon activities if she becomes too tired. Boost stamina with items, spoil Ciel with a generous allowance, or scold her when she skips school. It’s your responsibility to choose how to deal with her.

Battle - The trials of daily life take the form of challenging puzzle battles: complete an activity, or pass a class test, by winning at strategic match-three card games. Learn techniques and build friendships to gain extra support in battle.

Grow - Every choice affects how Ciel grows. Track progress each week and see how her stats and relationships have changed – with hundreds of unlockable character traits that can affect Ciel’s interactions and abilities in battle.

Customise - Each Ciel is unique to the player. With a range of outfits, equipment, and multiple endings to the game, it’s up to you to shape what kind of person she becomes. Her age, height, and even weight will change as the years pass by.

Explore - Send Ciel on expeditions to the surface of Earth to explore and discover new areas of the old world. Scavenge useful items, and work with friends to fight enemies for a huge stat increase.

Unwind - Lose yourself in the wholesome sights and sounds of the city, and ease into the daily routine of ARK-3. Featuring an enchanting art-style, and a smooth instrumental soundtrack inspired by Japanese City Pop.

Combat with mouse and keyboard often had a hard time responding unless you went away and back to an object. Shortcuts often didn't work since that also activated stuff they shouldn't. And a couple of other issues. Other than that an unskippable and slow ending sequence and credits is always a frustration. The mechanics was quite decent but there was too little incentive to explore the surface and while it is nice to be able to plan too much knowledge of what you can unlock takes away a lot of the fun.

Sci-Fi Daughter (was) a new concept for a raising simulator! I like making numbers go up so I've enjoyed my time with this game; but it is far too long for its genre. The career paths and skills are a mess, it's difficult to engage with the exploration portion of the game since it does not pay off as well as going to classes does. I like reading and don't mind what we're working with here, though I can't help but think removing the majority of the plot and focusing more on the style of the space-age would've made for an improved experience. Also - the kids (and all the characters) talk like robots sometimes; maybe it's even more sci-fi then we perceive it to be, beep boop.

I've really enjoyed this game and disagree with some of the reviews complaining about the skill trees or schedules not being fleshed out. All of the information about skill trees and schedules are clearly present if you are able to click around your screen a bit and read lol! The tutorials are pretty explanatory and the learning curve isn't bad at all. I really enjoy this game and it's a great extension of traditional princess makers by taking place for ten in game years. It's definitely a time consuming game, but I really enjoy the mechanics of battles/quizzes. It's not overly difficult and your character isn't constantly dying like other princess makers. I'd say the main draw back of the game is also it's strength--the length. The dialogue is fun for your first play through, but you can skip it on replays, as it doesn't usually impact the story. I think my favorite mechanic is the surface exploration and battles. The scheduling is also fun. The stats you pick at the beginning are really important to game play and I wish stamina was a bit less high for events because you have to rest like half the week depending on your stats. But definitely worth picking up. This is a game you …

This felt so busy and complex. I love games like this, but this one was a flop for me.

There are tons of stuff I wanted to like in this game. But it feels incomplete (why are the topics of discussion so limited ? why is the fashion so limited ? And so on), the exploration is meaningless and the UI is clunky. This review makes me sad.
