Taking place in a fantasy world with modern day tech to drive around to locations and take out active crimes with either a ticket, a night stick, or your gun. depending on the crime. There is also a casino to gamble away your earnings...or get enough to make two earnings

cLocked In is a really fun little police simulator because I did not expect the fantasy setting to fit the idea this well. I play as a rookie officer in a city where humans, elves, orcs and goblins all live together, and I start out dealing with small problems before gradually taking on much more dangerous situations. I liked the progression because it gives me the feeling of actually climbing through the police ranks rather than starting out as an unstoppable hero. The main gameplay is built around responding to different kinds of crimes. At first I am dealing with things like parking violations, graffiti and fleeing suspects, but eventually I am chasing criminals involved in drug deals, violent fights and bank robberies. I enjoyed how the game changes my responsibilities as I progress, because moving from routine patrol work to serious confrontations gives the experience a nice sense of escalation. The non lethal side of policing is also something I liked. I can use handcuffs and a baton for lower risk situations, while more dangerous encounters introduce a pistol and a futuristic shield. I especially liked that handling situations correctly affects my rewards and progression. …

Unoptimised and buggy but oddly charming. It was fun for the 15 odd minutes I played.
