Cogs and Cowboys

Have not played much of this game and probably won't. It is not bad however, it has nothing unique about it. Its just another one of those stand and shoot games. It was not bad but was not great or unique. 4/10

Not realy ready in so many ways...Sound popped in and out and the shooting was dodgy...It may take awhile to get some improvement but my $5.99 should show that I am in and waitng for someething better...I too was excited about a western themed shooter but it did not fufill its promise..

Getting out of the game to see a dev console covering 1/4 of the game window was not a happy moment. Granted I could have closed it but there's no indication that it's there inside the game and it didn't pop up until after I put the headset on. Overall, this game is not in a state where it should be in EA yet much less should it be charging for the experience. I get that EA titles should be buggy but this isn't a release candidate build it's a dev build. Something I would run locally to test, not release to the public. Even as an 'EA' title. Focusing solely on the working wave shooter gameplay: The weapon swap system is awkward and clunky. The weapons themselves didn't feel good. It didn't feel like aiming was something I should take the time to do. It felt like it rewarded spray and pray more than accurate shots. It also felt like there was artificial accuracy rather than my own accuracy being the only factor. Weapon instructions provided as tool tips were inaccurate. Music setting does not appear to be maintain…

This fun albeit limited wave shooter can be enjoyable if you're willing to overlook its flaws - which are plentiful - sadly, its no longer necessary to do so given the vast array of available titles in the genre. Best missed unless you have finished all other shooters! the game is now abandonware and has not been finished as promised.

Fun game but I keep having issues with movement. I am constantly drifting which makes aiming and hitting targets very difficult. Would be great if you could fix the movement issue.

This is a promising early access game. For $6, it is a fun stand and shoot game (although you can dodge and move around your zone a bit, of course). Surely the design of robots in a western style town is an interesting and refreshing concept. This is a brief summary, but as of now I would consider this game worth the $6, and I've already seen some additions since I bought the game. The weapons are unique and fit the style well, and the actual gameplay and design works.
