About COMBOLITE
COMBOLITE combines roguelike deckbuilders and autobattlers in a unique way.
Each weapon attacks in one of 8 directions, and you can execute a combo by placing them in your deck in the correct order.
What do you do in COMBOLITE?
You start every round by acquiring more weapons for your deck. Each weapon has unique stats, some inflict status effects, which you can use to create synergies between weapons!Use gems and buffs to boost the damage of your weapons!Your weapons attack in a set order, one at a time.
This game is all about creating the optimal sequence of weapons, finding cool combinations and synergies in an attempt to deal as much damage as possible!HIT THE BALL AND BREAK THE GAME!
I've seen millions of damage done, someone hit 13 BILLION damage in a single turn! You're encouraged to break this game, and with multiplicative buffs this isn't hard to do!But you have to be quick! The target damage keeps increasing every turn, and if you can't deal enough damage, then you'll be thrown back to the main menu!EXPLOIT the buffs you get!
These buffs make a certain category of weapons stronger, or provide an overall buff to the player, like increased shop luck. You get these after every third fight, buying loot bags in the shop, opening treasure chests and by completing objectives! What is a combo?
Combos are defined by a sequence of 3 directions and a reward for pulling them off. Each weapon attacks in one of 8 directions, and you can execute a combo by placing them in your deck in the correct order.
Features:
- 8 categories of weapons, with a total of 44 weapons
- 40 collectable buffs
- 448 combos with 4 different special rewards
- 7 difficulty settings to make your runs even more interesting

I HATE IT.
Yes it's hard... BUT once you get that god run going... it's better than s@x. Give it a try, honestly.
Developer claimed to make improvements to the game, so I gave it a go (Negative reviews, claiming issues were fixed). Those improvements seemed sparse and missing. The game feels unbalanced and meaningless. There is no drive in this game that you'll find in other roguelikes, it's a constant staleness. Additionally I have no clue how it's possible given the game takes place in like 2 scenes, but this game runs very poorly, even on a very high end machine.
I liked the game. Kept me busy for a few hours, but I wouldn't expect so much long term. Pros: - Unique idea - Visually pleasing - Fun and satisfying to figure out good combos - If you fail, you have the option to reload from the last save and try to fix your mistake - Actually had to use my head for strategy Cons: - Not many builds that can stack high. - Felt too reliant on stacking donuts & lemons (buffs) to increase damage - Money is hard to come - Builds feel very limited towards end game - If you have no early build up, it is over - In game explanations can be difficult to understand Overall, I liked the game! Took me a bit to understand the goal of the game for some reason, but looking back it is self explanatory. I don't understand projectiles and confused them for ACTUAL projectiles (like arrows from bows) Suggestions: - Wish there were more items. If it gets too over saturated, maybe create a pool that the user can choose 12 of 20 items to possibly come across in a run! - The bag perks are nice, but I think I prefer a track to choose from like in Slay the Spire instead of forced down one path. - Let me view/inspect my gear and what the stats mean…
