Update: An easier mode has been added in which you can save at any time. This mode allows you to grab all the collectibles without the frustration. Then you can play the game again on the hardest difficulty and just focus on beating a stage. However, there are still things out of your control, such as jumping raptors with no pattern, problematic ladders that don't let you jump from them, so the game is not recommended at higher difficulties. I've given up on this after several attempts at the first level. I played on medium difficulty, and even though there is the easier difficulty that allows for saving at any time I can't imagine that would fix the frustrations I experienced. Functionally, the game works. You have three characters to switch from that will help you progress through the levels. It's like an incredibly frustrating version of Lost Vikings. Level design, from what I saw, seemed to be alright for the most part. Just incredibly frustrating with the clunky movements of your characters. That's ultimately what made me walk away from it. I just want to have fun man. If all I'm experiencing within the first 10 minutes is frustration, I know enough to say the game just isn't for me. But, hey.. If you're a fan of Lost Vikings and want something similar, why not give this a shot?
