Continuum - Season 1

I'm really torn on this, a part of me wants to give the game a pass as what's available seems well done, the renders really pop, but there's just not enough content to justify a purchase. People are not exaggerating when they say the game only has half an hour of content at most, and this is clearly the vertical slice being shown. This is not even in pre-alpha, this is a prototype that you'd show to a publisher to secure funding. It's far too late for me to refund it, otherwise I'd consider it, but honestly I do genuinely want to see more content added in the future. As it is, it was probably a bad call to release this build in it's current state. And as of now, I can't recommend the game, but that could change in time. I'm willing to flip this review if there's some more fat to chew a year from now, but for now buyer beware. Also, I'm aware that my game time has been clocked to like 23 hours, but that's just me forgetting to close the process and leaving it to idle. I WISH there was 23 hours of content 😂

39 MINUTES IN - RECOMMENDED (8.8 out of 10). Art is great, including animations. New to the School scenarios are immediately sexy. Keeps the subject on Sex. Do choices add up to anything? Fakes it decently (whereas most fake it horribly), so I'm in, still! EXCEPT!!! Charge real money for a short DEMO? OVER THE LINE.... (not my final word tho)

I'm tentatively recommending for the future but would suggest holding off for more content. What's there is decent but there's genuinely very little of it.

Is this worth the full price at this time No it isn't. Not for one hour at most! I would say wait for a few updates like at least 3 updates so it'll seem like your time is worth it and the money might be worth it to. Even thou this is early access the dev(s) should of waited to have more to this vs releasing it when they did. I would recommend this but as I said before wait for several updates first. At this time the only time you hear music is at the main menu and during the party other wise there's no sound at all in this, no sexual sounds and the so called voice this does have is so robotic it's best to keep it off/muted. Not sure what the dev(s) where thinking when they added that voice. If you do get this at this time wait until its 50% off.

Might be OK in a few years when they've written some of the game so we can play. Less to play now than in the demo from about 6 months ago...
