Cybersim: Noetic City is a half cozy, casual room builder, where players have the freedom to relax with a casual room builder in creative mode or play strategically as a Hacker with a custom deck of hacking programs in casual and normal mode.You are a newly appointed agent of the Special Cyberwarfare Service.
