Was looking for a classic style beat 'em up and this delived very well! Loved the exceptionally cartoony artstyle, really felt like a Looney Tunes beat 'em up at times, and the hits felt really solid to land! Enjoyed the enemy variety though do think there should have been more voice lines in general (or at least more takes on them) as they got old pretty fast. Either way, very fun to play solo or with others I had a very solid amount of fun!

It's a beat-em-up inspired by the likes of Tex Avery cartoons. So the ladies - who make up the better part of the cast and the totality of playable characters - are all, well, cartoonishly proportioned for maximum fanservice from Jessica Rabbit-sized up to plus-sized. One of the boss encounters is a woman who is downright spherical. So know what you're signing up for - there's fanservice and it's not ashamed about that as it's a major feature and likely selling point. Each of the four divas have simple stats, emphasizing their niche in a team or strategy in a solo playthrough, like Diva being the all-rounder, Hina's long reach due to her stretchy limbs, Bahati's raw attack power, or Sofia being completely insane. Story-wise, that is. And the story is that the titular divas have their treasured artifacts - originally brough together for some kind of gala - are stolen by a cartoonishly evil supervillain and they must punch their way through the technicolor experience to get them back. Moment to moment gameplay is a frenetic beat-em-up that has you progress by defeating waves of enemies, each with silly names and many with unique combat gimmicks that are mix-n-matched to keep you ada…

What it lacks in polish it makes up for with charm. The art looks a little rough but has a ton of character. The gameplay and controls have some issues, but don't stop the game from being a solid beat em up. Kudos for having one of the only female grappler-type characters that I've seen! Let alone an all-women playable cast. The adult content tag is weird. The game is sexy in a silly way, but not sexual. It's Tex Avery burlesque. Maybe the tag is automatic because of the publisher's other games.

A simple old school beat em all with a cartoony style reminding of Tex Avery. The game offers alternative routes and a good dose of humor to keep things entertaining, gameplay is straightforward (each characters has a dash attack, 2 specials, a clear screen and a few command moves, there is no combo system) and I advise beat all up regulars to start at the highest difficulty. It may not be as good as the best titles out there but it's pretty solid thanks to variety of routes and artstyle.

This was more fun than it had any right to be. It's beautifully well drawn. I'm a sucker for 2D side scrolling beat 'em ups. And this one has branching paths, multiple combos and abilities, as well as fun and silly characters who are fun and endearing to play along with. This game oozes personality. Try the demo and see for yourself. The full game has so much more. If you like beat 'em ups, this one is great.

Modern beat em ups are kind of a crap shoot, I feel. Some of them don't get what makes the genre work at all and fail at design work that was already aced like thirty years ago. Others feel like they need to be modernized with progression systems and open maps, etc., and dilute why I love these games in the process. This one gets it though. Very classically styled, closer to Ninja Baseball Bat Man than anything, which is an excellent thing to remind me of. It's not immune to jank, but I find it very playable nonetheless. Impressive stage and enemy amount and variety while maintaining an arcade mode that's very comfortable to clear in one sitting, thanks to the alternate paths. Really solid. The list of classically styled modern beat em ups worth giving a shot is pretty short, it's always nice to add one to the list.
