there isn't even a single negative review because this game is an absolute blast in every sense of the word :) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3764131537 you play as Flavia (female character) or Flavius (male character), depending on your choice. your family is one of the noble families in Pompeii, and they are planning a banquet for an important guest. so they give you a few simple tasks to help with the preparations. but Mercury, the messenger god, has other plans for you... as a gift of the god, you start seeing visions. while roaming the streets, you learn a lot of things about everyday life in 79 AD by playing side quests & reading little parchments. for example, there is a pop quiz about Roman gods & goddesses and their roles, as well as the differences between the rights of slaves and free people, etc... https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3764125381 personally i loved all the side quests except the one where you have to look for different fountains. that quest contains a lot of backtracking, so i didn't like it that much. but overall, it was a fun and informative experience. honestly i wouldn't describe myself as someone who's…2 found this helpful

I got this game during a sale, thinking why not? And I'm really glad I did. It's a fun game that aims to teach you about Roman history. It's not a hard game and the history stuff was really interesting. I learnt loads. And you can really tell that a lot of heart went into this game.
