In the prologue episode of Dark Memories, you play as Benjamin, who is traveling to his friend Sarah's family house at Brenton Lake. As he enters the rural roads, weather conditions rapidly deteriorate and heavy snowfall begins. Benjamin finds himself alone on desolate roads, unaware of what this night has in store for him. The conditions that leave you vulnerable are filled with unpredictable dangers. The Prologue episode covers a small portion of the full story.Key Features

cool demo
You drive a car in the snow. You wait for a train to pass. You read completely normal text messages. You buy gas, water and get firewood. There's a creepy truck. Then it ends and the dev asks you to wishlist the full game. I don't understand these demos/prologues that expect players to care when barely anything happens in them. Imho it is a bad look for the developer. It makes me think they don't care at all about making something good, or even making anything at all, and instead just do the bare minimum and hope to make money off ignorant impulse buys. Not saying this dev is like that. I'm just saying demos/prologues like this make me think they might be. (shrug) I can't recommend this at all when so many other demos and free horror indie games and prologues out there actually have something to say and tried.
