I was enjoying this game, until I got to a HOG where I have to find the letter P. There was a letter P that no matter how many times i clicked it, it would not register. I used a hint, and that pointed to the P I saw. I tried changing between custom and standard cursor, and full sized and windows (the only graphic options), but nothing made the Letter P clickable. I have no way to reset that scene with different objects, and find nothing online. So, I'm stuck because of a bug, which is frustrating as I enjoyed it until then.1 found this helpful
I normally like the range of Dark Tales , but this was tedious , take a step , do a ho, take another step , another ho, I was like they threw a bunch of ho's together with very little story line , there was no map , no hints , honestly I got very frustrated with it , I suggest you avoid this , save your money .
The story was nice and interesting. Puzzles were not always easy to solve thus challenging which is good
The best title in the "Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe" series I've played so far! Beautiful artwork, interesting puzzles and surprisingly engaging plot. Plus, if you're really interested in hidden object screenes, this one's for you - you can barely take two steps without stumbling across one! And they're challenging, too! 8/10
