Death to the Universe: ACT I

Loved the concept, love Kevin Miller, and solid platforming. The swinging is very satisfying, but the combat left a lot to be desired. I will definitely play ACT II.

Honestly this was pretty fun, I really like how they don't explain every story thing to you like 343 does in Halo but I also wish there was more of this game. Def reminds me of Sly Cooper with the combat and traversal mechanics but fun on its own too. My only actual complaints are probably the running animations and the difficulty understanding the hitboxes of enemies, but it's a new indie game so I understand and even with that, this game was a good amount of fun

Holy crap! I never knew this game existed! Though it was short I really hope they release an act 2! Kevin miller plays his roll well and the premise is awesome! I don't really write reviews but I give this a 10/10!

I'm really intrigue what Fueled By Cookies is cooking up. It sorta reminds me of PS2 era of 3D platformers. The story and characters are very tongue-in-cheek which I enjoy. We have Death as the protagonist of this game and he's no average run to the mill badass type of character. He's just a dude who has a job and very committed to it. It has interesting puzzle mechanics where you use telekinesis to turn floating platforms and what not. So far, I haven't seen a whole lot of variety in the environment, enemy and combat department but i have faith in this dev. team. Give us a lot of cool characters, weapons, environments, powers, fun puzzles and fun platforming. Maybe something unique which the whole dying aspect of the game since our character is Death and dying is pretty much his business. Like, have Death kill people to separate their spirit from their body to solve certain puzzles or to become an ally. Overall, I had a solid time with Act I. Death to the Universe is shaping to be a banger of a game. Can't wait for more.

Takes probably 20 minutes to beat, its an interesting idea.
