It's ok. First of all, what is good: sprites are gorgeous, music and sound effect are also very good, also price is very low Now to bad: no clear indication what guns/abilities do, a lot of enemy reskins, 2 playable characters apparently completely identical, little to none upgrades during run, nonexistent difficulty curve (every zone is as difficult as other), no bosses variations Even though there is a lot more bad than good, i wouldn't say that it is that bad. It's a nice foundation for better game. Now it is 6/10, and for so cheap it's actually good. Also dev updates the game, so i hope that my review will be irrelevant pretty soon.
Really fun little game! Random monsters each time and a few things to unlock to make repeated runs more interesting. Certainly found myself wanting to do 'just one more level' There doesn't seem to be a huge amount of information about what's going on, however. How do I unlock the other characters? What do the weapons do? A lot of it is just trial and error! There's plenty of room for adding stuff and improving, and the core is really very good. Can't do wrong for the price!
