I'm used to visual novels having a choose-your-own-adventure feel with a branching narrative. This is simply an audio story with light visual element (show which character is talking on a background). The story is typical villain isekai transported given power. As far as the sexual content, I saw two scenes and they weren't my cup of tea (blood and piss).
