What a fun, cute DRPG! I played an hour so far and was able to clear the first level, defeat a couple of bosses, learn some skills and play with attack, defense, pierce, and a few other types of dice. For a small indie team, this is a great game that isn't too difficult (compared to those hardcore DRPGs) and has a cute art style and good music (catchy normal encounter theme). The map design is good, and elevation was used very well in some of the exploration segments. The dialogue reminds me of Paper Mario with a similar font and the cute expressions from the paper characters, and I enjoyed how seamless the tutorials were (definitely more streamlined than my own title). It costs less than a meal out and looks like there's a bunch more content to explore based on what I have managed to experience in the first hour of focused play, so why not give this great DRPG a try?

Adorable style, cute story, and fun gameplay. You have to love the old-school gridders! My only gripe so far: rerolling dice often doesn't change the outcome because they just hop a tiny bit up (instead of a full reroll).

A very competent dungeon crawler with a unique math twist. I think the dice system is interesting and well explored in the run time of the game. I cannot figure out how to get to the true end, but the time was enjoyable anyway.
