Domino Fit

This game is really good especially for the insanely low price. It's sort of feels like a mix between Sudoku and Nonogram, but a little less intense. It doesn't feel like you can get as boxed in as Sudoku if you make a wrong move. The only problem with it (which isn't one because its only 99 cents) is that I like progression in games. Make a version of this with like 100 solvable puzzles and I'd buy it for like 3-5 bucks.

The game is great, but nothing is working after 103 hours of playing without issues. I deleted local files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game itself, disabled Cloud saving, uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, and restarted my computer many times, but my progress is still there...in a client that refuses to run past launch. The game opens, I click to view the puzzle, yet I can't place any dominoes. And once I select a board to play, I can't switch modes (6x6, 7x7, 8x8) or interact with any other buttons (in-game settings, scores/times, or use the keybound shortcuts; i.e. 'D' is supposed to skip to a new board but doesn't anymore). I've been searching for alternative ways to simply reset my game. I found a Reddit post titled "how_to_remove_steam_cloud_saves_and_resetting," in which there are comments saying things along the lines of: - "Cloud Save area belongs to the Developer; Good games have an in-game option to Delete saves which mostly delete the Cloud copy as well, bad games won't bother" - "You can disable cloud saves and erase your save locally, note that this will only work with games that dont save progress in a separate server" Whether or not the "Developer" thi…

I was originally hooked on the free website version: https://dominofit.isotropic.us/ But picked this up so that I could get even more of this puzzle. It's a rather simple puzzle in theory, but even after 60 hours, I still feel like there are patterns I'm learning. The implementation of this game is well done, where even just the sound of placing a piece is satisfying.
