Doomsday Survival:Training

This game cannot be played anymore, do not buy. Launching the game displays a black screen with some text that says [b]Please check your network connection or try again later[/b]. This screen cannot be passed and the game is completely unplayable. This game has been offline since at least 2020. [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/1272152519/recommended/552230/]The developer confirmed the game requires a connection to run in 2017.[/url] I've also tried multiple depots (older versions of the steam build) without any luck. This game is pretty fun. I was surprised when I found out you had to jump in the game, something that is super challenging and on the fringe of frustrating, however. Be prepared to get a work out with this one. There is lots of crouching, jumping and just moving around in general. The visuals are not all that impressive, as the lasers look more like red Liquorice than they do laser beams. I can still recommend the game as it is something different and the first of its kind (I am unaware of any other laser dodging game). One could argue for perhaps a cheaper price too, maybe $5-7. Please note: game no longer works as it was taken offline. It asks for a "network connection." As such, I am changing my review from positive to negative. Do NOT buy.

Doesn't work. "Network connection error". My Network is fine.

Early days for me but so far really enjoying the workout and highly recommend DS:T I'll update my review as I play more.
