Buy it on sale only. It's fun for a bit, but the salary cap is broken which makes FA bidding terrible. Draft scouting is teadious. Its fun for a season or two, until the FA issues take over. Computer AI is poor too. Trading AI is poor (star Qb=3rd round pick, Aging RB 3rd round pick,

I last tried this Series of games with the 2018 Edition (Also have College Football version). Wow, this has improved a great deal. UI is clear and there are plenty of options if you want to create your own Football universe. Looking forward to putting a lot more time into this . Be aware though that CPU teams do not stick to CAP limits and also it's a Static CAP unless you manually increase it every year A great purchase on sale
I've never watched the American Football, but I wanted to try something else after playing Football Manager for a long time. It's a good game, now without the weaknesses. But it's a great game if you want to take your failing franchise to the Super Bowl win.
