This is so refreshing to have a pro football sim that is playable and fun. I wish it was licensed, but the community has some pretty easy mods to fix that for the most part. It is fully customizable for fictional or real world leagues. If you have the college version you can import those rookies too which is awesome. It's not perfect, but this publisher has been consistently making this series better every year.8 found this helpful

Edit: After way to many hours this draft process is impenetrable. Nothing makes sense. You can have god tier scouts that identify players as sure fire hits and get practice squad tier guys even with what the game says is top 10 talent. This game is in desperate need of clarity across the board.3 found this helpful
The game finally came together this year. No more slow loading screen and no bugs that I can tell. The addition of the game dynamic screen makes a big difference. This game is deep and fun to play. Glad to see all the improvements. Good job, Draft Day Sports.1 found this helpful
I really like the core concept of this game. The foundation is solid, and the idea of building a full football coaching career has a lot of potential. But right now, the systems feel too static and disconnected from real NFL-style decision making. The coaching carousel needs a major overhaul. Starting from the bottom should actually be meaningful, but job progression feels limited and random. There’s not enough structure between position coach → coordinator → head coach → GM, and movement between roles should be more flexible and realistic. The game also needs **dynamic leadership systems**. Owners, GMs, and head coaches should all have different control styles (hands-on, balanced, or hands-off), which directly affect how much freedom you have in your job. Right now, everything feels too uniform. Press conferences, job interviews, and team meetings should all be interactive systems that impact morale, job security, and reputation. These moments should actually matter, not just be flavor text. The **grading system is a big missed opportunity**. Performance should be judged based on expectations vs results.
