It is Magic the Gathering with AI generated art, lack of basic functionality (menu option to exit the game, no rewards for winning a draft against the AI, no story/campaign mode) and a very basic four color system (yellow,blue, purple and colorless). It is a resounding "meh" and the fact that the dev has not touched the game since 2022 tells me he is putting all his "energy" (if you can call churning out AI slop DLC effort) into SOVL. It's a shame that there is no option to give a “mixed” rating on Steam. At the moment, I can't fully recommend the game - but it's free to play, so if you have time, check it out. Pros: despite the lack of any tutorial (unless I missed it), the game is easy to understand if you've played any card game (e.g., Hearthstone, MTG). The graphics etc. are nice, but. But the thing is, they are created by AI (and probably not retouched in any way, and in a few places a human touch would have been useful). So depending on your attitude towards AI graphics, your perception of the game may change. At the moment (at least for me), there are no sounds or music. The game is currently silent. You can play with AI, but unfortunately, it is quite stupid and makes fairly simple and obvious mistakes. I haven't played with people, but there is an option for that, so the game could be much more interesting. The game is definitely in its early stages, but it has potential. If you don't mind the AI graphics, the gameplay itself is enjoyable, the cards are varied, and you can see that you can create a strategy by playing with them. I played cull(destroy the creature with the lowest health) with an X/1 on my side and 2 x/1's on my opp side. only i lost a creature :((( solid game though
heyy please delevop this game further with music, exit option, more cards and better ai etc. it is very promising game ! hands up for you !
This game is basically like drafting in mtg with slightly different mechanics to the game play. I'm looking forward for updates to the card pool
