English / Français WORTH IT for 1€ (price i bought it) ! ((tldr : Easy - Short - Lack ennemies/Boss - FUN !)) Don't hesitate if you like deckbuilder + monster taming. 10-15h should be enought for 100% achievement. (did it in 12h) Good ideas - vibe (monsters are "cute") - mecanics, just Not Enought Content / shallow UI. A bit amaturish / buggy sometimes but Overall Pleasant and Good Game. What is Lacking : _ no difficulty setting ? _ always same map _ 5 act but only 3 Boss (random?) _ some bug _ not enought content ----------------------------------- VAUT LE COUP POUR 1€ (prix en soldes) ! Un peu amateur / buggé quelques fois, mais Dans l'Ensemble jeu Plaisant / bon jeu.3 found this helpful
It's so sad this was abandoned.... It had great potential2 found this helpful
Game is very undercooked, would've benefited from early access probably. Frankly bizzare level navigation. I don't know why you would think that this is better than just having options on a map. Incredibly unbalanced relics. When you die it gives every piece of dialogue again. Communication of enemy intent is not clear, but perhaps that's just because you have three characters that can get attacked. I think this would've worked a lot better if there were just standard enemy attacks and those that pierce through to the whole group? Cool concept, wish it was done better.1 found this helpful
I bought this game out of curiosity about design choices for this particular genre mashup of monstertaming and deckbuilding. And in that, it didn't disappoint. There are some good ideas that unfortunately ended up half-baked. I can't recommend it as a game, because it feels like the unlikely mix of genres gave the game an identity crisis. The run-based gameplay just didn't fit well with the usual continuity of monster collecting. Your collection just grows opening you to new combinations, but the development choices for monsters are only available during runs. Deckbuilding opportunities are also limited. The run is structured so the boss is spawned after certain amount of days/fights. The map you are navigating lets you choose from different levels of combats, sometimes to get rewards behind them, but that's it. It is like the dynamics of Slay the Spire advancement was added to the game as an afterthought. There is a semblance of the story (oh, chosen one, save us from evil, basically), but the game doesn't give you much reason to care about it...1 found this helpful
Great designs hampered by some of the worst coding imaginable. The worst part about this game is that I want to love it, the premise is awesome, but the story is nearly absent; the framework for great gameplay is here but the coding didn't get the memo.1 found this helpful
Just playing this for even a minute and it feels so jenky. Needs an overhaul inspired by STS on nearly every front.
