Dream Enders RPG is an interactive story focused on player freedom, dialogue options, and branching pathways, all within a top-down R.P.G. format.
Dream Enders RPG is being created as a spiritual sequel to 'Cora and the Dreamer' available as an eBook on the Amazon Bookstore.
Dream Enders RPG takes place in the world of an M.M.O.R.P.G., in which the player characters have been trapped by the evil Witch Queen. You appear in the midst of their plight, choosing to help or hinder those you meet as you see fit.
Controls: WASD to move, Numpad 0 to interact, Numpad . to advance text - OR - Arrow keys to move, Z to interact, X to advance text. F4 enables full screen. A resolution of at least 1280 x 720 is required.
Dream Enders RPG currently has no music.
Dream Enders RPG is being created in Game Maker: Studio 2 as a long-term exercise in coding. All feedback is appreciated.

Dream Enders RPG is an abandoned early access visual novel that was slapped together with the godawful craptastic GameMaker Studio, presumably because the developer didn't know about RPG Maker. It's like going way out of your way to do an asset flip. Because this was made with GMS, it looks even worse than an RPG Maker game... I know, I didn't think such a thing was possible, but here we are. Resolution is locked, there's no working fullscreen, it's badly written, and the graphics are pretty terrible as the screenshots show. The developer seems to have made the game completely free, and while this is a noble demonstration of the developers belief in their game and a service to the gaming industry, the quality here is still too low that I would recommend to other gamers, even for free.2 found this helpful

Игра 'Dream Enders RPG' оставила смешанные впечатления. С одной стороны, её пиксельная графика, вдохновленная старой школой JRPG, выглядит очень мило и ностальгически. Боевая система, пошаговая и тактически глубокая, заставляет продумывать каждый свой ход, а разнообразие способностей и классов персонажей позволяет экспериментировать с разными стратегиями. Сюжет, повествующий о борьбе с таинственным злом, похищающим сны, хотя и не блещет оригинальностью, но держит в напряжении и подкидывает неожиданные повороты. С другой стороны, игра не лишена недостатков. Периодически встречаются мелкие баги, а интерфейс местами неудобен. Гринд ресурсов, хотя и не критический, иногда утомляет. Самым же главным минусом является отсутствие нормальной системы сохранения, что может привести к потере прогресса при внезапных вылетах. В целом, 'Dream Enders RPG' – неплохая инди-игра, которая понравится любителям олдскульных RPG. Если разработчики поправят недочеты, то она сможет стать по-настоящему запоминающимся приключением. Рекомендую, но с оговорками.
While the graphics leave much to be desired, the story is fairly interesting and very similar to setups like Sword Art Online and Ectas Online - an Isekai into a game world (the first is admittedly debatable). The game play is substandard, but the story more than makes up for it it with nice characters. Unfortunately for players wanting more, just like the old flash game The Awakening (no, not the adult game, the rpg), the developer has abandoned the game.
Game displays some texts more than once when just pressing Z to interact. Super annoying. X to speed up text to not work.
