Dreams Of Adventure brings you in a world of medival fantasy where you chose how to play and impact the world around you. Will you help a person in need? Want them to pay you for help? Perhaps... you end their life and take the bellongings...? The choice is yours!

I’m building an open-world, second-life RPG focused on realism and player freedom. Survival matters—eat, drink, sleep, or face the consequences. Every decision, from small interactions to major quests, pushes your story toward one of multiple endings.

There is lots to do. Some locations aren't done yet. Not all areas have sound and some areas dont have battle sequences. Enemies will be scaled, sound added.

RPG Maker strikes again! Dreams Of Adventure is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This is a completely garbage RPG Maker asset flip with a bunch of toilet humour, flipped assets and a lot of badly made RPG maker maps and so on... and more of a bad thing makes it worse, not better. This entire game was developed almost entirely by pressing CTRL-C then CTRL-V a lot. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. The game is build for 640x480 resolution. Fine. But if you're going to have a game running at that resolution, it has to be responsive. This is not. The english text is riddled with errors that make it hard to follow sometimes. I didn't try the QTE spellcasting system because the lockpicking system requires just timing a moving bar and it's obviously out of sync so I failed over 40 times to do the tutorial lockpicking box. I can only imagine how bad the spellcasting is if you turn it on. Since the optimization was so bad I didn't even get 1.5 hours in before I had lost all hope of getting into it.
The writing needs some work (lots of spelling errors and words used twice in one sentence) and I got stuck going in and out of a door several times.
Impressive but abandoned.
