If you've already played a similar game and formed an opinion about the genre, this one will not change your mind. The gameplay remains same and does not introduce anything new to the genre. Your only task is to reach the top. Although the genre shares many similarities with platformers in that you only have movement controls and the ability to jump, the overall difficulty is increased due to the small platforms. Most of the time, there's hardly enough space for your feet. Your character can hold onto the edges of platforms, but you must be quite near for this to work. Launch pads act as shortcuts, but they’re usually risky to use because you don’t know how far you’re going to get thrown. There are two maps that look nearly identical. I recommend that you only play the first island and avoid the second one. The difference is in platform layout and additional aspects that make things far more difficult and nerve-racking. The first island features only precision jumping, while the second island has projectiles and opponents that throw you off platforms. Except for the starting platform, water is all over the stage. What I dislike is the death and game over screen when you fall …1 found this helpful
This being the Developers first game its really well built, if you enjoy tough soul crashing games that make you feel really good when you beat that area/boss you were having a hard time on, then I recommend this game for you!! Give it a try its only 6 bucks1 found this helpful
This was a fun game! and it was nice to have the developer in chat so i could talk to them as i was progressing! one of the better feeling games in this genre! glad to be the first to beat both islands and the fastest so far to beat pain island!! woot!
Did this on Indie (rage) Friday stream and was pretty solid rage game! Well.. Or as dev said "its not a rage game if you're good" so prepare to be roasted inside of the game and in some cases outside of the game. xD Anyway go check it out! worth 4 euros, maybe one day I'll be good enough to actually finish the game. :D
Is a brutally fun game to try. highly recommend to give it a try and if you are a streamer its great content!
i want to die
