- Challenge players from around the world with "Net-play" mode.
- Learn game mechanics with "Tutorial Lessons".
- Access each character's ending and story with “Arcade" mode.
- 11 Fighters (+Free DLC) each with unique abilities. Characters include a dagger wielding Ottoman warrior who excels in slap attacks; a giant kunai riding ninja; a Kazakh shaman who uses spirits to attack and curse opponents; a half-beast with his pet which helps to create combination attack patterns; a Templar knight who resists and counters opponent’s attacks.
- Easy to use controls with a set-up to suit everyone: 4 attack buttons (Slash, Big Slash, Kick, Chaos) and 3 input modes - "Combo Mode" for doing special moves easily.

Nice classic game.
This has sat in my library for a couple of years and I only now tried it out. It's surprisingly a good put together package for an indie fighting game.
Dual Souls have a lot of soul behind it, and i don't mean that as a pun. Dual souls easily one of the most dense fighter by having alot of mechanics that Fighting game enthusiasts will recognizes such as Power recovery that simialr to Guilty gears False roman cancel, or Dual soul's "blocking" being parry mechanic that has some rps element like melty. Character have some personality behind them as well, but player can also edit their characters color pallets, a feature that use to be common place in SNK'S King of fighters, that has not made a return from some time. Further customization can be playing the game Adventure mode where after battle, player can pick certain perks for the arcade run, with progression. How ever I believe this is single player only for balance sakes. On minor side of other customization, Player get to choose which super they want for the character, they only get two option but the two seem to compliment their game plan or address weakness of another. Further the game allow player very simple style of input or traditional motion input for specials. The devs have insured that this a novelty and that Dual souls are design around how special moves are used and…
This is the most Altaic game I've ever played. If more people played it I'd probably do a more thorough review.
