A bit more arcade-like "hacking" game than the classic Uplink from Introversion, but it brings a bit of that nostalgic feeling, with a modern UI and some interesting challenges and variations. Runs perfectly smoothly as well. I have found it very very easy to get lost in a run and it certainly has that "just going to do one more..." feeling, and then it is 3:30 AM and you have to get up in five hours. One of the best choices I made recently getting it.

Fun game, bit rough at the beginning because things are happening quickly and there's not a lot of time to read. It kind of feels like you just woke up from a nap and someone hands you a wrench and says, "we have to stop this nuclear reactor from melting down." I like that new mechanics are introduced progressively and it feels rewarding to discover and master them. Some mechanics however are not explained well at all. Like I have no idea what "1.3 mission gain means" after winning the game. I also have no idea what 0.8 ICE means. Does it mean I'm stronger or weaker? Am I taking less damage from sentinels? I have no idea and that's ok I guess. A little bit longer in the oven and this game will be fully baked. It looks like the dev is working on updates though so that's encouraging. Hopefully in a few months I can come back and revisit this game as a fully streamlined experience.

I've had a lot of fun playing EchoLink: Recursion. The feeling of progression is wonderful as you get toward late-game and start auto-hacking everything. Congrats on the launch!

Interesting concept, would prefer if the skill tree was more polished to show everything that is slowly unlocking, nothing feels worse than if you miss new skill tree opening and not spending points in it

Hard to get sucked in initially. The upgrades are confusing and it feels like a more developed tutorial is needed
