Honestly, if I wanted to play Melvor Idle, I'd just play Melvor Idle. This game, for being a replica of other games of its type, offers nothing unique or inspiring to keep playing it. If it wasn't so hardcore AFK (in hopes that what's been said in this comment actually changes) there's no legitimate reason to have put any hours into it, let alone spend money on it. I think it cost money. Frankly I don't remember. If it does it shouldn't.

honestly this game doesn't have much to it and its clearly got a bunch of AI slopfest stuff added to it like in the adventure logs random events/ongoings you can see the village/towns people talking about stuff and what was a real tip off was a random NPC going (and this is exactly what was said) "my husband didn't come home from the docks last night. he was just late. I didn't sleep all night" and then another npc whispering about "did you hear Nora's husband didn't come back home from the docks last night? the guards are searching the rocks" like what? contradictory events that are just stupid and not only that they don't even really do anything either its just annoying side chat from npcs you don't care about, this is just a really trashy game, don't buy it unless you are okay with being fleeced by AI Dev and its incompetent prompters.

Faithful copy of Rocky Idle with a different UI skin. For those who played it and haven't had enough is a good choice, but I personally looked for a new experience.

Eldara is my first proper attempt at an idle game and I had a blast. It's simple to understand yet quite engaging and I found myself checking in on it daily, even utilising the rebirth function after my first run. Well worth the price and an easy recommendation for anyone that enjoys idle incremental games!

Eldara is honestly a beautiful game. The artwork is excellent, the UI is clean, and there's clearly a lot of depth and care put into the skills, progression, and overall presentation. It looks like a premium idle RPG. Unfortunately, the gameplay never clicked for me. The biggest issue is the complete lack of meaningful automation. There are no workers to assign, no production queues, no task chains, and no way to build a self-sustaining system. You're constantly stopping one activity, navigating menus, scrolling around, and manually selecting the next thing to do. It ends up feeling less like managing an evolving idle game and more like babysitting every step of the progression. If you enjoy actively choosing every action and frequently switching between skills, this may be exactly what you're looking for. I was hoping it would gradually evolve into a game where planning and automation replaced repetitive micromanagement, but that never happened. It's a shame, because the presentation is top-notch and there's a surprising amount of content beneath the surface. For players who enjoy hands-on idle games, it's probably worth a look. For anyone looking for workers, production queue…
