What's Next?

Escape is a complete and finished single player game, but we have many ideas on expanding the game and creating new modes. We plan on continuously updating the game and adding new features, which include:
  • Linux version.
  • Record and playback run. In game recorder.
  • More game modes, including real-time multiplayer (next update).
  • New stages, new enemy vehicles.
  • Level editor and Sandbox mode.
  • VR support (Done).
  • Graphics overhaul.
  • Tweaking the game and fixing any possible bugs.
  • And more, as time goes on and we get more feedback.

Escape Close Call is a game where you try to out run police, graphics remind me more of an older school game as its a top down driver similar to that of the ORIGINAL Grand Theft Auto Games, except for all you do is drive and avoid for the most part. The gameplay is pretty simple, and it sort of reminds me of Mobile Games like Crossy Road, in not only artstyle but gameplay as well in the sense that you will constantly being reseting the level to beat it. The game is challenging, it took me a minute to really get the hang of it. I think the tutorial could be a little better, It definitely a plus that it has Trading Cards, Achievements, Good Music, Full Controller support, decent graphics, and a bit of humor. There needs to be more unlockables, different cars etc, My biggest complaint and gripe is that you run out of gas, and that when you do you just sit there and wait for the cops to rape you. It would be cool if at least it showed an animation of you running out of the car trying to get away before you get killed if not letting us do it ourselves in a chance to get another car. Other than that its a fun little game. Pros: + Fun and Funny to make Cop Cars Crash + Decent Music…

bad broken tutorial won't let you continue with the actual game, also the in game powerup menu is clearly a rough draft. 5000 other versions of this exact concept that do it cleaner

Hotline: Miami, but with cars.

A tad tricky to master and sometimes utterly frustrating, but ultimately satisfying once you get the hang of it and move into the realm of adding precious milliseconds to your best time. And who hasn't secretly wanted to ram an ice cream truck into cop cars and then run over their zombie drivers?
