A chad enters a probation and kills evil while constantly lied to. No chapter selection and sometimes ghosts spawning inside you make the game a bit bad, but still cool. It's Faith but on a low budget. A quick, pretty good game.1 found this helpful
SpoocleMacBoogle at it again with another one. They really went further and expanded upon their collective talent they have been cultivating with each release. The game is art. I feel its more like an interactive film at first. Spooc has always been an amazing storyteller and this is an evolution of their vision! There is some action towards the end where you must combat... the evil... but nothing unmanagable. Easy 8/101 found this helpful
Like the devs other games and this one started off mega promising. But its too easy to get lost. Completed all I needed to do in the tent level and then an exit opened up somewhere.....but its pitch black and everywhere looks the same. Wandered round bored as hell with nothing to do for 15 mins then exited the game not the level. Couldnt even find a video of anyone else playing the game. Would it have killed the dev to signpost the exit of a level when you have done everything? Like why you got me wandering round like a goon.
7/10 Pros: flashlight crucifix, no stamina bar, auto saves, pathing is fairly simple, plenty of ammo, nice graphics. Did get stuck on the third chapter with the laughing plant. Could not tell which item I needed to purify, but that scene is hilarious. I wish there was a save point to get the second ending. Once you finish one ending you have to start completely over to get the second decision to get the alternate ending. And the first couple chapters are a little tedious. Worth the price.
nice game, but dying at one hit is not that good.
Another banger of a horror adventure game from SpoocleMacBoogle; this time you're a priest hunting a demonic cult in the woods. It's a couple hours long and it's got 2 endings. It's a great one-shot game.
Bugs I found
Writing this for the dev, just a couple minor bugs: I ran into one bug where I loaded a save and suddenly didn't have the radio, but I honestly thought it might have been intended until I got to the same spot in my second playthrough. I also was able to fall through the map in "the first level with the gun" by going back through the path blocked by the logs at the spawn area and walking aimlessly for about 5 minutes: You can thank my adventurous spirit for finding that one.
