Maybe I am an idiot but I cannot pass the section with the trilobites and the worm thing. It is too bad because this has nice art and I love the theme of Paleozoic Eon. This game has a lot of charm and potential, and that was why I initially bought it! It definitely delivered on those aspects. The developers just need to play test the game more. Maybe also add a fast forward button to help skip the wait times when retrying a challenge? There are also a lot of little issues that I think would be worth improving. The text was not properly formatted on my screen, the game lacked controller support, there were performance issues, etc.

This is a challenging game. Set in the Paleozoic era and during the Cambrian explosion, this game is surprisingly educational. I learnt a little bit from this game, but the game play itself can be really challenging. The enemies all have different ways of killing you and once you learn they each have their own patterns, the game becomes a little bit easier. The environment is what i struggled with the most and was many a times frustrated as gas, spikes and rocks killed me every few seconds. If I were to recommend this game i would have to warn you of the difficulty. The different challenges presented throughout the game however keep everything feeling somewhat fresh :) Overall, I would give this game a 5/10

This is the LEAST amount of fun I have EVER had with a steam game. Its a shame because it looks quite nice and the music is great, its just very unfun and unfair. As already mentioned by someone else, the trilobites and worm combo plus no backward movement ruins this game in a heartbeat..
