About Eyeb
THE GAME
Eyeb is a tower defense-like by indie dev Giant Gourami. The game goes beyond traditional action rogue-like games and focuses on exploration, foraging and building on the natural instinct to resource guard.
As you explore the map you can build turrets to defend it and ultimately overwhelm the boss when it arrives.
The game's development took place over four years until it's original theory matched the gameplay.
THE SETTING
Eyeb is set in a universe where super intelligent nano-bot clouds take the form of humanities worst nightmares. One young hero, Abe Hall, has uploaded his mind into his eyeball, and rammed his ship into the asteroid cluster that houses the evil Nano-Lord. A suicide mission to be sure, but it is the only way he can infiltrate, explore, steal nano-bot tech, and build like a nano-bot to face off the nemesis of mankind.

I love the music, it really suits the gameplay well. Reminds me of an old pc game i used to play Xenon 2. A rogue-like space shooter!4 found this helpful
Great indi game -great music -good replayability (it is fun to see how many new powers and builds i can make) Reminds me of Binding of Isac, if you like that you will enjoy this game.4 found this helpful
While the game has a definite retro look, it is packed with exciting developments, and strangely aural/tactile feedback that gives it a similarly compulsive quality to that of popping bubble wrap. You just want to keep on doing it. There is pop up help to get you navigating and anticipating with minimal pre-reading for controls. And the action compellingly draws you on to further levels. Really good. Music is great too.2 found this helpful
I think this is a really good game1 found this helpful
Very fun and unique take on the Rogue-like genre. I have only played for a bit but between the art style and music I was immediately captivated by the game. sorta like binding of Issac with a hint of tower defense mixed in
The menu where you select between 3 different upgrades is so weird. The gameplays fun, but the music and extra art is weird in that bad kinda way.
