In the game, the player can see the focus of Berlanti's subconscious mind as she thinks about herself.
That could be the Earl's words; maybe an object in the environment; maybe just a moment of indecision - in these thoughts, the player can influence the growth and decline of Berlanti's sanity or desires by choosing different choices.
ALthough these subconscious small numerical changes, in some key points, a significant change in Berlanti's behavior.
Perhaps the player can make her persevere and make the best of her behavior even in the face of the Count's difficulties and trials; or she may not find a way out when she falls.

I just can't recommend this. While the style and title name are gorgeous, the art isn't. At some points, it looks like AI. The text is so tedious, the worst kind I've ever seen in a visual novel. The entire story is just 1 single debate written in many different words. The same ~5 points repeated like tenfold of times, its horrible. It wouldn't be so much of a problem, if that was the only issue, of course. Insult to injury is added when you realise that the English translation is so utterly ♥♥♥♥♥♥, that I personally have never seen this level of bad translation. The porn was okay, but just barely, at the end of the day, the poor art messed it up. The only real good thing was the multiple endings, I personally found the corrupted ending very attractive, got me smirking. The price is a robbery, you're having a laugh. At most it should be priced at 2.99€ full price, but as I do a bit too often, I made the mistake of being too lazy to play more of the game before taking a break, so my refund period is very long gone. So, to close things off, this gets a pretty strong not recommended.6 found this helpful
Fallen Girl — Black Rose and the Fire of Desire is a dark, adult-oriented visual novel that leans heavily on psychological tension and a “trapped in a hostile environment” setup. It aims for a melodramatic, pressure-cooker mood where the heroine’s sense of self is constantly challenged. If you like VNs that focus on power dynamics and inner conflict rather than light romance, it’s clearly built for that lane. The plot wastes little time establishing stakes: the protagonist is pulled out of her normal life and forced into a controlled space where every interaction feels like a test. Much of the drama comes from uncertainty—who can be trusted, what the captor really wants, and how far the heroine can bend before she breaks. The writing is more about momentum and escalating stress than about slow, intricate mystery-building. Gameplay is mostly the classic VN loop of reading, choosing responses, and watching the story branch. What makes it feel more “gamey” is how choices often read like shaping the protagonist’s mindset—whether she resists, rationalizes, or slips into resignation. That means decisions can change not only scenes, but also the tone of later moments, making different r…3 found this helpful
Good points - nothing Bad points - poor (automatic?) translation into English, graphomaniac texts - saves can be randomly broken - start hanging at the first switch point after load save file (start a new game don't helps too)
It's a little bit hard to explain this game. The story is non-sense but if you want to treat this game like pure S&M porn game everything is make sense. I don't like this story but the porn content is just fine.
