Short RE style survival horror experience. Somewhat rough around the edges, but definitely worth a playthrough.

This is a great little game. I teach a course on vampires so I'm always looking at what's out there. This super underground indie game combines old-school PC point-and-click with action/adventure and survival horror. Think slightly like Silent Hill but in a VAMPIRE MANSION with anime-styled aesthetic. There are some minor details here and there, like an occasional misspelling, but it's nothing to care about. The story is, ultimately, fun, the gameplay tense at times (that final boss can be tricky as hell), and the puzzle elements are just enough for the thought junky, yet not too crazy for more average players. I was surprised to find there are apparently multiple endings, as well, and with the short play time at around one hour if you're good, it gives plenty of incentive to come back to see. I'd like to see some later chapters, perhaps, but for what it currently is you'll have fun with it for sure. Pretty good but I had to give up at this one flame puzzle. It's one of those "Lights Out" puzzles where you have to try and turn everything on or off, and the flames effects other flames around it. Spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to solve it and no dice. Thumbs up because most of the game before that was good. But unless a walkthrough or something comes out I think my adventure ends at the flame puzzle.

Pretty fun, albeit short. The story doesn't seem anything to write home about, but I've only gotten one ending so far, so I'll reserve judgment until I see some more. The survival economy could use some more work too. I found healing items and ammo a little too plentiful and never had a reason to run away. Where the game really shines though, is the sprite work and puzzles. The art is fantastic, and the puzzles looked straightforward, but I found myself getting stuck on them more than I thought I would. Definitely a good game to pick up if you're looking for something short and sweet, and the promise of another ending means I'll be replaying it for sure. P.S. the subtle fingerprints on the piano were a fantastic touch. Small stuff like that are what really makes a game.

Cute top-down survival horror. Major Newgrounds flash game vibes (that's a compliment). Worth a play for sure.

The boss definitely wont be "feed"ing on me anymore hah. Feed is a short simple top down, resident evil style, puzzle, horror, pixel game. For how short Feed is, it is a well done experience. I enjoyed the retro feel of finding simple puzzles and unlocking new rooms. I enjoyed how the story ends based on which characters you save, and I do not know for sure how many endings there are in the game, but I managed to find 4 of them. Overall Feed was a good fun game and for its price it was worth it. I look forward to seeing how the dev improves their games in the future.
