FIGHTING BOX is more low effort minimum viable product cash grab shovelware from Proative, who keep dumping games that take a couple of hours to slap together with a construction kit onto Steam, trying to get paid for garbage. This is no exception, it's a lazy low poly top down/ISO view brawler with garbage controls, worse graphics, and laughably bad gameplay. There's no serious value or merit as an actual game here, we can just wonder why the developer thought this buggy mess would be okay to publish on Steam Direct, but it's just more mounting evidence that Steam Direct is simply a mechanism for bad actors to abuse Steam by filling it with trash. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. It's clear something is totally wrong once you've started playing. You'll immediately realize you've made a huge mistake because it's blatant how completely underutilized, unfinished, and unappealing it truly is. What's presumed to be a simple and colorful boxing simulator is actually a torturous marathon of badly produced mechanics, broken physics, and unfulfilling outcomes. Firstly, don't expect anything similar to notable boxing simulators such as Ready 2 Rumble, Fight Night, or even Punch-Out!! because you'll be severely disappointed and insulted. Although it could've taken notes from those games, and became something more worthwhile, it's instead an elongated challenge that's not even fair.
