TL;DR - This game seems more like a beta than a full release, but is fun and has tons of potential I could not find any actual pvp matches (due to it being early days, low population, it will increase in the future I hope) So I basically messed around in empty maps. Even then, the game is a ton of fun! Positives: - The mix-and-match of the class mechanics is very interesting and allows for lots of variety and strategic depth - The graphics are decent and the artstyle has a lot of room to grow and improve - The feel of the game is great, just running around and shooting, or seeing what different loadouts can do, is a ton of fun, even by yourself Negatives: - No controller support or accessibility features (hopefully coming soon), limited options in general - UI is all over the place, both aesthetically and functionally - While the existing maps have interesting concepts, a lot of them seem very difficult from a balancing perspective. In the future, I hope to see more open areas with less environmental hazards, and/or Quake-style corridor maps - (take this one with a grain of salt) Some weapons don't seem to mesh well with the class system, or are made redundant by it. Great game, takes a few minutes to get your head around the controls and then its a lot of fun with quirky surprises.
