It can do anything Byte Coin can do, not quite as well but with much more pizzazz!Mysterium - The Enigma. What secrets lie behind that deep, dark eye? He'll never tell...Doggo Coin - The MemeDogs are great! Pictures of dogs are great! Digital representation of pictures of dogs are definitely a sound investment!

Features

Flipto is a rogue-like slot-machine-builder, where you can customise every aspect of your run.
 • 13 starting loadouts that alter the way runs play out.
 • 10 available roles from Intern to CEO, each more difficult than the last.
 • 200 tokens that grant a wide range of static effects.
 • Over 150 mods to apply to the slots on your rig
 • Upgrades to the number of actions and inventory slots available to you that last the whole run, as well as extra unlockable lines to score on.
**Disclaimer: no real blockchain technology was involved in the making of this game. Honestly, I don't really even understand how that stuff works

Flipto is a really fun Rougelite, there are a huge number of tokens that add a lot of variety and make every run different. The Drills that happen every 5 days make each run challenging but when I get a build together that works you can get some really big numbers.

It's a mash-up of Balatro and Luck Be a Landlord, and in the few runs I've played so far, I've been really impressed with the potential for depth and combos. I can only play one run at a time because I find it to be a real brainburner. Every move has a lot of potential ramifications and trying to work out the best path for your action resources is really a challenge. I don't know how the replayability holds up, but the game feels really solid and that there's more than enough content to justify the price. Minor complaints: Game end is linked to your moves, so I had a run end even when I had a mod that were still usable and might have saved the run. This might not have been the case, though, because when the game ends the summary pop-up totally covers the board, so you can't review it when you lose, which is bad. Would also love more fanfare in general. When you make crazy combos, it's very fun, but the game doesn't lean into making it more fun. I mean if you take a game like Nubby's Number Factory, the effects are designed to be exciting, so every time you pass a round it feels like you've hit a jackpot. Flipto doesn't do a great job of making your wins exciting; the anim…
Here is my *first impressions* review at about 1 hour of playing:
--- Big picture --- This is a very fun and addictive slot machine roguelight with strong theming around fictional cryptocurrencies. It is similar to Luck Be a Landlord, but due to some clever features included by the developer it feels like you have more control. --- Difficulty: Moderate, Learning Curve: Easy to learn, difficult to master --- The balance of luck and skill is finely tuned, and the challenge of balancing your choices and choosing a strategy becomes apparent within the first ten "days" (levels) of play. After an hour of play, probably about 6 runs in total, I never beat the game, but as I learned the systems more and more, it felt like I was getting closer to a winning strategy. The game is hard, but fair. As a game in this genre should be. --- Art, Music and Polish --- This game has solid visuals that communicate the intent and purpose of each element clearly, but the artwork is not the focus. It is a means to convey the gameplay and for that, it is doing its job well. The music and sound effects are on par for a solo indie game. Again, music and sound effects are purpose-built and function…
