Get ready to die... a lot! And repeat unnerving puzzles that you already completed because the game will take you at least one puzzle back each time you die (which I'm not sure I've said, but it's a LOT!). There's just no way to predict certain traps other than falling for them and... dying! The gaming experience does feel clunky. As a first game development side project, this would be an accomplishment. But as a finished game selling for full price, I'm afraid it's got a long way to go!

Kind of pretty, but terrible mechanics and control feel and punishing puzzles, and doesn't seem to have much of a point. It shows i played this many hours because I forgot I had it open in the background, but I gave up after about 30 minutes of actual gameplay.

Jumped around, got killed for some reason. Log fell but all of it fell in the pit. Supposed to jump but jump was unresponsive, fell in the pit. Jump was still unresponsive, I couldn't step up on the log, had to walk down to the crate to "activate" jump again. I realized what killed me while aimlessly jumping, the raven that would later chase me... chase me impeding my progress, I could not get past the raven or hide from it. The game doesn't want me to progress out of this first section of the game. I have been playing for 20 minutes... is this the game? Some kind of illusion loop? I looked at the trailer, and realized that it was not an illusion game. If I could, I would get a refund.

Fobia is a "short puzzle-platformer adventure game" It has nice artistic graphics and a good atmosphere. The game play is also good and has some inventive tricks and twists to it. The physics used can sometimes give different results to what is desired or intended but that's nothing another run at the obstacle can't overcome as you usually spawn not too far from where you die. Mostly it is a relaxing experience but there are some killer obstacles that you will need to retry quite a few times like the first spiked wheel you encounter. That took some practice. Over all it is a good addition to the genre and worth the nice and cheap asking price of $5.99 they have placed on it. Touche artistique particulière mais que cela de bon .... Je suis resté pris trop souvent en même pas 20 minutes de jeu. Le jeu a des bug et vous serez pas épargner par une sauvegarde automatique.
