THE STORY
WARNING 18+: You live in a world where men called barons have all of the authority and power. Your mother was added to a baron's harem, and with you tagging along you were raised as a servant in his home until she eventually had enough of his cruel ways and ran away, leaving you to suffer alone. You've made the best of it throughout your time there, however, and have finally earned enough credits at twenty-five to buy your freedom.
Well, at least you did have enough were it not for your interference in the baron's abuse of his lab-grown harem of perfect women because they refuse to sleep with him. You're thrown in his prison to be executed the following day as a reward for your heroism, but the three cloned women help you before that happens, and you all escape together.
Where will you go? What will you do? It's up to you to figure that out.
THE GAME PLAY
In Follow the Leader, you play as the main character and handle all of the decision-making as it relates to your escape from the baron and his army of personal guards. You'll also be deciding which characters you'll be spending time with, and how you interact with them. Most choices have hidden points that you gain or lose, so be careful before making a decision!

The level desing feels imcomplete and just like the story a lot of details were inconsistent. If you are looking for a good Adult Visual Novel, this ain't it. If you don't care about the story and just want sex scene ... this game still ain't it ... The amount of scene is low and the animation is low quality. Save your money and find another title. Artistry is bad, and the characters look like bad claymation CGI crap. The story is awful and boring. So many spelling and grammar mistakes. For a 2025 released game, it looks like something made in the 90s. No effort was put into this at all. The Devs sure screwed up on it. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your $ on this piece of crap, when there's so many more out there that are 10 times better.1 found this helpful
I don't like giving negative reviews, but this one fails as both a VN and an H game. The story has so many terrible holes and really doesn't make sense. The H scenes are pretty short and not very exciting. I would not buy it again even though I have all the other Superwriter games on Steam.
As far as AVN go, this one was quite good. The game takes place in an unspecified future and unspecified country. You start as an indentured servant, just about to be given his freedom after 20 years, that instead chose to protect the newly hatched clones against the baron that owns them and is about to kill them. You then go on the run with the 3 girls, and try to survive while the baron's armed force are chasing you, and believe me, it's a full time job. Those are the premises of that AVN, that has a nice progression, and a coherent storyline. The UI is modern and slick which is a nice change in the AVN realm although some text over the icons might have helped, some being rather obscure. Also the chosen font can't handle accented character, which is a little annoying, and there are quite a few typos here and there. The renders are quite good, the MC is black which is a rare choice in AVN, but you never clealy see his face, however the scenes taking place in the city lack the futuristic feeling, falling back on ordinary grimy streets, generic dinners and so forth failing to instil the sci-fi atmosphere.
