[Not Recommended] Chat report system broken for 2 years — the publisher won't even look into it For nearly two years, I've repeatedly experienced verbal abuse and provocation initiated first by the same users (Nicknames: 1. AE_SOON = BAE_KITAE = CurveZAZI... / 2. ShieldWall = SlowTempo...). As you can see in the attached screenshots, these users' nicknames themselves — CurveZAZI, KINGZAZI, etc. — are openly vulgar and hateful. And the publisher has never even acted on the account names. These users always start the abuse first in chat. Then, when I respond, they crop out the part where they started it and only screenshot my reply to report me. As a result, the actual instigators face zero consequences, while I've been the one repeatedly suspended. I've submitted supporting screenshots to cs@hogahk.com since April 2024, more times than I can count. I never even got a "we'll look into it." I was simply ignored — and worse, the publisher kept getting fooled by reports from the actual bad-faith users, punishing me instead of them. This same pattern has continued through 2024, 2025, and into 2026. The result: quiet, legitimate players just leave, while the chat is left flooded with…
