It's junky and too long for what it is so I dropped it after beating 4 worlds but I still enjoyed it. It's fiiine.

A good balance of fun and challenging! everything about this game is incredibly charming. It's a little bit janky, but in a fun/nostalgic way!

Full of personality. Fun little platformer with a fun grappling mechanic (no double jump). Music was energizing and invokes arcade vibes. Characters are simple but charming. Does not gate progress, but offers no death runs and time challenge for each level (and you can be even faster than that hint hint). Despite being simple you can still cheese the mechanics now and then to get better time. The final boss was actually the best boss (rare). My favorite was the rival races. Trailers are accurate. I think it’s worth the price. Respects your time easy to pick up and put down. Easy recommend.

An amazing game with an amazing art style and experience. It is fun and enjoyable. Definitely a must-play for Super Mario enthusiasts.

Started out fun but the fun nosedives pretty quickly as there's tons of cheap deaths, the frogun targeting the wrong things and feeling very inconsistent, being yeeted across and area falling to your death, some really difficult platforming even early on, way too few checkpoints not to mention the tedious feeling of having to collect all coins, emeralds, notes AND beat a friggin timer means you're absolutely forced to replay levels to inflate game time stinks. And the sound effects are absolutely terrible. I'm going to play it a couple more hours because I have absolutely nothing else to do atm but after that it's uninstalled forever. Hope the sequel gets a huge improvement.
