FUN Platformer

This is nothing but a bare bones asset flip that comes from this asset kit on the Unreal marketplace.. https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/pixel-adventure The overly simplistic name of the game "FUN Platformer" tells us all we really need to know about how much this developer cares about their game and the level of creativity and effort they put into it. To further illustrate the developers lack of care and effort, this game has NO WAY to exit once you start playing and there are no settings what-so-ever such as even simple volume controls or a way to change from full screen to windowed mode.. *sighs* ..But they certainly don't mind asking $12 total for this asset flip and DLC that cost them nothing on the marketplace. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epWEnFGLEyI NOT RECOMMENDED, unless you like paying money for something someone quickly stomped out and exported from a FREE asset kit and wants to charge you money for.

I purchased this game because it was on the weeks specials and 70% off. That was a mistake and I immediately asked for a refund to get my two quarters and a few pennies back! It seems from researching the other reviews that the reason this game feels so empty of content and enjoyment to play is because it's just an asset flip from a asset template called Pixel Adventure on the Unreal marketplace owned by Epic games. A critical review made in July several months ago blasted this asset flip as not even having a way to exit this trash besides hard closing the game and I can confirm that here were are four months later and that hasn't changed. It seems that this asset flipper named XO GAMES doesn't know how to create content himself and only knows how to try and sell other peoples work as his own. You'd think that he'd at least care enough to add the simple functionality of being able to exit the game without needing to hard close it. I want my money and my five minutes back as well as my time it took to write this review, but if it helps save someone else the anguish of dealing with this low effort uninspired trash, I guess it's worth it. I own over 5 thousand games, I know generic unfun garbage moreover this is a copy-paste ASSET FLIP. I had more fun playing 90's bargain bin platformer shooters. You know you got it bad when people with coding skills from two decades got XO-Games/H2O XBOXONETTV beat, hell they actually made their games code and all. Not this guy. For your sake dear readers buy Jazz Jackrabbit 2 bundle on GOG and anything fanatical, Humble Bundle and steam store has to offer. I've noticed multiple ToS violations done by the developer, submit a support ticket and send proof that Zaxtor99 Because 'games' like these indie developers buried under garbage like this.
