While the game is entertaining to get 3 Skulls (3 Stars) You either have to get really really lucky or you have to do the missions over and over and frieking over I've lost count of how many times i've played a level and never missed a letter had the highest combo possible and still 2 skulls because the point req is so high e.e

Breaking my honse game review streak because this is honestly such a fun and charming hidden jem! I didn't even know typing games excisted before this but I'm so glad I checked it out :) (I love the necromancers they so silly I feel maternal)

The fact that it's free is the reason I'm giving it more grace here, but I ultimately left feeling more frustrated than anything. It's fun for a level or three, but quickly becomes frustrating. For starters, the 3 star requirements aren't accurate - on one of the levels, it says you need a score of 1k, but it actually appears to be closer to 2k, as I could not get this star completed until my score for that level was over 2k. Also, when you learn spells that harm you, sometimes the words won't actually be red but still harm you anyway. The main reason I stopped was the combo requirements. If these were just for stars, then okay, maybe I wouldn't have cared as much. But some levels require you to reach very high combo numbers for the level to actually end, and your combo is reset to 0 if you make a mistake. Type too fast for the game to recognize, and it'll count as a mistake and drop your combo to 0. Some levels were damn near endless for me as I struggled to keep a combo going to 150, let alone the level that requires 1000 (although that's optional, so that's fine, but it's an insane number to attempt, regardless of the combo spells you get).
