Typing With Ghosties

Very cute game. It reminds me of, and maybe I'm giving away my age, but it reminds me of keyboarding class in school. It's a simple, but cute game. Perfect for when I don't want to focus too terribly much on a game, it's a quick practice made fun and with adorable ghosties. wins all around for me.

What a great game! I enjoy playing it with my friends. Also quite nice for my siblings to learn new words and keyboard typing.

Typing With Ghostie is one of those simple little games that I found surprisingly cute. The whole idea is built around improving my typing while helping a friendly ghost, and I liked how the game turns something I normally do without thinking into the actual challenge. It feels more like a cozy typing companion than a traditional game, which gives it a nice personality. The main gameplay has me typing words as they appear, with the difficulty gradually increasing as the words become more complicated. I enjoyed the way this naturally pushes me to type more accurately instead of just mashing keys as quickly as possible. The ghost reacts to my progress, which gives the whole thing a little more charm than a basic typing test. The Boos and bats add some extra game mechanics to the typing. I can collect bats to push back the Boos and deal with special enemies that can provide useful power ups. I liked this because it gives me something else to think about besides raw typing speed. I am still practicing, but there is now a reason to pay attention to what is happening around the words as well. The competitive side is also a nice touch. The game concept is brilliant, addictive and fun! Could be nice having more languages, boss fights or more music variety.

It's a cute game. Wanted to try out a typing game since switching to a 75% keyboard from 100%. It works very well in game and takes some getting use to. Fun overall.
