Short verdict first, great script, nice suspense n mostly consistent logic so it’s a solid VN pick from my view. All thoughts down below are just my own take. World building’s well done but main gal Kurenai can’t hold up the full story. It starts amazing then falls flat later, messy romance routes and the plot just follows the dev’s forced direction. Rei should’ve taken center stage instead. Her tragic backstory and suppressed feelings make her a far better fit for true heroine, leaving the whole cast setup feeling lopsided and top heavy.

So far, the game is still no bad except without English translation, it only supports Japanese, so if you wanna play this game, you'd better know some Japanese. Even though, I must say, the story of this game is absolutely insane, and engaging! It has multiple different ends, every end reveals some secrets of the wired story, every choice you made will lead you to a different end.I love how the game tells story and the intensified atmosphere which gives me a truly engaged feeling, and I also love that the different end overturns all my prediction to promote me to find the true under the shadow So I'm gonna rank the game: 9/10 BTW Rei and Kurenai are so cuteeeee! I love her illustration and voice! Overall, the game is pretty worth playing

Warning: If you're afraid of spiders, stay away. This visual novel has an impressive soundtrack. Atmospheric and immersive. The soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting. The overall production is unpolished and shows clear signs of cutting corners. I may have already read enough Japanese horror/mystery stuff to know where this is going. Still, I enjoyed the story's mood and immersion quite a bit, up until that big plot twist. After that point, the story decided to rush the true ending without much build-up. The rush robbed the ending of any real impact. There is no official English translation (hint: vndb). The prose somehow feels like it's written in the 1980s. It's a challenging read. No idea about the length, as my Japanese reading is way slower than English.

Its been awhile since I read a non-translated VN. As a fan of horror/mystery genre, I had this on my radar for quite awhile now and decided to pick it up recently. Anyways here are my thoughts about it: Story: After the common route, you must finish certain routes to be able to branch off to others. Certain choice will be available once route #X is done. While it does give bits of information from the charas PoV regarding the mysteries in the story it can be feel like dragging. It will present you a lot of questions to think about. That being said, MC: One of the blandest MC I've ever encountered, which is why imo the story just drags on. He tends to dismiss facts easily w/o having a 2nd thought and question his reality for the most part. In genZ terms, he is easily getting gaslighted but IMO thanks to this, we are also being left in the dark for the most part thus keeping the mystery aspect of the story effective throughout the other routes.
