Garden Eternal

I bought this game expecting it to function as advertised, but it’s held back by inaccurate tagging and misleading marketing. It’s labeled as a casual and an idler, yet it is neither. The game never generates resources in a way that allows you to step away, so the idle tag is simply not representative of the actual experience. You cannot leave this game unattended at any point. Monsters will destroy your structures, and constant random events demand immediate manual input. The amount of micromanagement required makes the gameplay far from casual, despite what the store page claims. Beyond the gameplay issues, the technical settings are also poorly implemented. The game cannot switch to a true windowed mode. Choosing windowed or borderless still forces full screen. The resolution options are equally restrictive, offering only 1920×1080, 2560×1440, and 3840×2160 with no smaller choices. A functional windowed mode needs at least a 1600×900 option to be usable, yet the game provides nothing of the sort.

you can't idle the game but it's probably a mistake rather than an intentional design choice. it doesn't seem like the dev is interested in fixing this any time soon tho.

Great little incremental game. Love the progression & artwork. Game currently isn't completely idle but developer has said they are adjusting the game to be idleable soon. Highly recommend giving it a go

[h1]Eternal Garden, Eternal Clicking[/h1] [i]Eternal Garden[/i] is a not-very-idle but mercifully short clicker game of, of course, tending to a mysterious garden. It's much, much busier than what you would expect from an idle game about a garden. Fire up your favorite auto-clicker program and read on: As the opening tells you, you've inherited a garden from your uncle and have to maintain it. Clicking on the plant that represents the Heart of the garden generates Growth, which is then spent on various generators such as large buzzy Bees to visit flowers around the plant, or Workers to ... poke at the Heart. Unlike 99% of other idle games, each generator building has a limited amount. Reach that amount, and you can slide the Sacrifice button to, well, sacrifice and prestige it to a new level. You then need to buy at that new level to proceed. Every minute or two, an item appears in the garden. Some can be dragged to the Heart or a building for a short buff; others can be clicked on for buffs and bonuses. You'd think this would be it, but no. At the top is the Garden Growth progress bar. It's false advertised? Yes It's not an idle game, if you go afk for ~30 min, you're busted. But not bad
