9/10: This is the first idle game where I actually play more than I leave it running! =) It’s not your usual farming, fishing, or pet care idle loop. Instead, you’re basically the admin of a tiny MMO server, making sure your players stay happy with the facilities you build and upgrade. There’s a surprising amount of designing and customisation, and it’s weirdly addictive. Tweaking layouts, improving zones, and watching your little digital citizens scramble around reacting to your choices is absurdly addictive. @_@

Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Glimvale: My Mini Overworld. Pretty relaxing city-builder. Highly customizable player experience as you can delve into its complexity and possibilities, or simply enjoy incremental progress and funny caricatures of MMO tropes. + As someone who usually don't enjoy city-builders, I surprisingly found myself having a good time with this one. I just chose to nearly entirely skip the decoration and micro-management parts, and play the game at my own pace. + It's cute, it's cozy, and I really enjoyed the MMO humor and references. Best one was having to kick bots out of your village! + Art is really pleasing to the eye, and UI is neat and user-friendly. + The decoration, which I didn't delve into, is actualy pretty good! Discovering what you can create by using specific decoration combinations can be really fun! - Quests are pretty similar from one village to the next (there are 4 in total), so it may feel a bit repetitive near the end if you focus only on the quest-based "story" progression. *What do reality and an MMORPG have in common? I never get invited to a party.* Found this review helpful? Give it a thumb up and follow my curator pag…

took 6.8 hours to 100%, and honestly I felt like it's really is too easy, fast and every level is pretty much is the same. there's no achievements that feels like a grind since you'll get them on the way as you finish each town. I know the game isn't about beating it fast or anything, but I do wish there were more to it other than decorating, and building the same things every time. for an example each level has only access to certain things? or has possitive/negative traits. something else than just visual things. That being said, I do recommend the game for what it is.

Very nice mix of a decoration and idle game! Has some light similarities with a Kairosoft game, a bit more focused on the decoration side than the management part. Nice game!

I would recommend this game with ONE caveat... ONLY BUY IT IF YOU LIKE DECORATING SIMULATORS. In terms of actual gameplay, it's kinda lame. It's a town-builder game disguised as a clicker game disguised as an idle game. The fun very rapidly dries out unless you really love mindless sandbox-style games with no end goal. The game incentivizes you to build compactly (and ugly) until you have the upgrades really maxed out so you can make the fountain auto-click as many quest givers as you can cram into the deceptively short range. For the price, I would say absolutely go for it if you specifically like decorator games. Steer clear if you don't. Also, if you DO play it: I think the bots are actually a good thing? They go into shops and buy stuff and the player satisfaction isn't reduced enough by them to really matter. At least until you have the skill tree maxed, you might as well keep the bots.

Cozy idler with some basic city building and life sim elements.
