You don't expect a finished product from a game that's in early access. I know this, you know this, we all know this. However, you do expect it to be in a state where it can actually function as a game. There's very little in it at present and what is there doesn't even function. I could give it a pass if it functioned poorly, but it just doesn't work at all. On the positive side, it's pretty funny and sometimes it's even funny on purpose. I got it on sale for $5, and even that discounted price is far too much to ask. However, I'd keep it for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles if it was $1 possibly even $2.

I would keep this game if it were cheaper, but it is definitely not worth $5 in its current state. It's very poorly optimized, and while the bugs and whatnot are funny at first the novelty runs out quick. There are no in-game prompts indicating where we're supposed to go, items don't have names nor the indication that you've selected them for crafting, multiplayer is a total joke, things don't sync for anyone- it's just not ready for release. Here's a tip for Ricecrab: "Early alpha" does not mean borderline unplayable!

I love the concept hate everything else that exists within the game. Its completely unplayable. A year after the release they say they are still working on it *no updates as of yet* but they are not full time developers so it will take a while. You want to see what people who arent full time developers but actually care about their game look like? Go look at Urge, and its update history. or Night of the Dead, Sunkenland. super small teams that most assuredly are not full time dev's but they actually care about their games. I can't vote no hard enough on this garbage heap called a game.

After half an hour of goblin town, I will say the basic gameplay is pretty simple and charming but it needs more: More bug-fixes, more intuit and more direction. Mostly bug fixes. It has a terraria sort of feel to it but in it's current state it's nigh unplayable, especially with other people. In the future I'd love to see this game become something more besides a goblin unity sandbox. I couldn't even figure out how to skateboard. I am a sad goblin.
